Welcome to Maui Fantastic Tours. By accessing our website and booking our tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are processed through our secure partner, FareHarbor.
• Full payment or a required deposit must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the original price.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time, or “no-shows,” are non-refundable.
• Weather Cancellations: If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must arrive at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.

4. Safety and Liability

• While we prioritize guest safety, participation in tours (including hiking and swimming) involves inherent risks.
• Maui Fantastic Tours and its guides shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour, except where required by law.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• We strive to follow the scheduled route; however, itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road closures, or safety concerns. Our priority is to provide a high-quality experience regardless of minor route adjustments.

6. Use of Content

• Any photos or videos taken by our guides during the tour may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media unless you explicitly request otherwise.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
